New cases are reviewed by the managing consultant who then assigns consultants based on experience and expertise. To achieve cost effective results, consultants are utilized on an “as needed” basis. With client approval, a second consultant may be assigned based on need or expertise.
There is ongoing peer review in all engagements to assure that work product meets the highest industry standards, supported by published references (where available).
